Join us in Broken Bow, Oklahoma in February 2027 for our Spring Retreat: a three-night creative getaway filled with journaling, crafts, good food, new friends, cozy cabin time, and plenty of surprises along the way.

Your $600 retreat ticket includes:

Weekend Highlights

Thursday
Arrival, Grill & Chill Dinner, pennant banner craft, evening journaling and a pajama party.

Friday
Biscuits & Jam Breakfast, bandana charm necklace craft, Cozy Soup Lunch, Maze of Hochatown, dinner at Grateful Head, evening journaling, trivia game night and s'mores.

Saturday
Bagels & Bubbly Breakfast, camp keychain craft, Sandwich Bar Lunch, afternoon journaling, outdoor scavenger hunt, catered Italian dinner and movie night.

Sunday
Sunrise & Solace, superlative prize ribbon craft and departure.

The Maze of Hochatown and Friday dinner at Grateful Head are not included in the retreat price. Additional optional expenses may also be at your own cost.

Payment Plan

The total cost of the retreat is $600 per person.

When you purchase your spot, $100 will be charged at checkout to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will then be automatically charged to the same payment method in five additional $100 payments on the 30th of each month:

• September 30 - $100
• October 30 - $100
• November 30 — $100
• December 30 — $100
• January 30 — $100

By purchasing this ticket, you are reserving your spot for the full retreat and agreeing to the complete $600 payment plan and scheduled automatic payments.

A Few Things to Know

Lodging is shared, and bed selection will be first come, first served. You will get to choose your bed selection based on the order in which you signed up for the retreat.

Bring your favorite journaling supplies — scissors, glue, tape, papers, printer, camera and anything else you love creating with. We'll also have a trading table, so feel free to bring extra papers, stickers, washi and other goodies you'd like to swap.

This weekend is designed to be a cozy escape into the woods where we can create, relax, laugh, eat, journal and spend time together. We can't wait to retreat with you!

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! Retreat reservations are refundable up to three months (November 17, 2026) prior to the retreat start date. Any refund requested before this deadline will be issued for payments made toward your reservation.

After the three-month deadline, all payments are non-refundable, as accommodations, meals, supplies, and other retreat expenses will have been secured based on our final guest count.

If you are no longer able to attend after the refund deadline, you may transfer your reservation to another person. You are responsible for finding someone to take your spot and arranging reimbursement directly with them. Please contact DFW JJC before transferring your reservation so we can update the attendee information.

For guests using the payment plan, canceling your attendance after the refund deadline does not cancel the remaining balance due on your reservation. If your spot is transferred, please contact us to coordinate any remaining payments.

If DFW JJC cancels the retreat, attendees will receive a full refund of all retreat payments made.
